How to Watch Baseball

Overview.

This project intertwines graphics and text in an innovative information design format to illustrate baseball rules. Drawing upon the popular baseball cultures of Japan and the United States, the design simplifies the game's complexities and promotes cross-cultural understanding and appreciation of the sport.

Concept.

Inspired by the prevalent comic magazine aesthetic in Japan, my design seeks to uphold this recognizable format while advocating for overall simplicity. To ensure clarity and enhance readability, I've utilized a simplified, non-distracting cartoon style for the illustrations, serving to complement and clarify the presented information.

Results.
