Glasses for Senior FUI

Glasses for Senior FUI

Overview.

This project is an animated Future User Interface (FUI) demonstration for concept glasses designed for the elderly. The glasses integrate key functions such as route guidance, a shopping list display, and vital sign monitoring, with the aim of enhancing walking safety, simplifying everyday tasks, and providing real-time health updates to support the well-being of senior users.

Concept.

In this project, I envisioned these functions being seamlessly integrated into the glasses. The route guidance feature would assist senior users in navigating their environments more comfortably and safely. Simultaneously, the shopping list display function aims to make everyday tasks like grocery shopping easier by providing a hands-free and AR way to view and manage their shopping list. Moreover, the glasses could continuously monitor the wearer's vital signs, providing real-time health data that can be crucial for their wellbeing.

Results.

In the motion design, I incorporated some 3D effects to amplify the visual impact and intuitiveness of information presentation. An example of this is the triangular particle array representing the concepts of 'proceed' and 'prohibited'.
